Suzanne Ndomba-Doran

Suzanne is an advocate with 16 years’ professional experience in employment and criminal law. As an experienced practitioner, Suzanne has advised a wide variety of clients across a number of sectors including Government ministries, transportation & logistic firms, financial institutions, non-government organization’s, diplomatic/embassies, telecommunications firms, and hospitality.

For a number of years, Suzanne worked for the office of the Attorney General of Tanzania as a State Attorney with proven track record in prosecuting criminal and anti-poaching related cases.

Suzanne has served in different government and private sector Boards including the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA), the National College of Tourism, a Non-Executive Director with the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA) and currently she sits as a Non-Executive Director at the Commercial Bank of Africa (NCBA Group).

Suzanne graduated from Bangalore University with a Bachelor of laws and holds Master of Laws from Mzumbe University.

Highly proficient, competent and detailed Advocate with 10 years of experience; 7 being in Employment and Labour Relations with a specific focus on the Employer Perspective, representation and Advice. With a wealth of expertise in representing clients in criminal, civil and labour law in the Court of Appeal of Tanzania, High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto.

Mercy-Grace is the Head of Legal at the Association of Tanzania Employers based in Dar Es Salaam having had 4 years of experience in managing and transforming the Northern Zone overseeing Arusha, Manyara, Kilimanjaro and Tanga.

As an experienced practitioner, having advised a wide variety of clients across a number of sectors including government entities, parastatals, transportation & logistic firms, financial institutions, non-government organizations, diplomatic/embassies, telecommunications firms, the hospitality industry and many more.

Having trained a number of employers, institutions, government and non-governmental agencies, religious and charitable institutions. She also previously lectured at Mount Meru university as a part time lecturer on legal subjects, inclusive of employment and labour law.

Mercy-Grace holds an LLB (hons) from Uganda Christian University, Uganda, a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the law school of Tanzania and an LLM (Human Rights) from Cape Town University, South Africa.

NORTHERN ZONE LEGAL ADVISOR

Eric is a lawyer with 5 years of experience in the area of employment law and is currently the Northern Zonal Advisor overseeing Arusha, Manyara, Kilimanjaro and Tanga. He has sufficient experience in Employment and labour matters and representation at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration and the High Court Labour Division.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania from the University of Mzumbe.

Emmanuel Miage

SENIOR LEGAL ADVISOR

Emmanuel is a lawyer with 5 years of experience in the area of employment law and is currently working in the Dar Es Salaam Office. As part of his work, Emmanuel travels to different regions attending Quasi-Judicial and Judicial bodies representing members.

He previously worked in the Northern Zone where he gained wide experience in Employment and labour matters and together with providing legal advice to members, Emmanuel represents members at the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration and the High Court Labour Division.

Adv. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the University of Mzumbe, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and several certificates in trainings of Labour law from the International Training Center of the International labour Organisation and also is on progress being a certified Arbitrator with the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators.
