On Tuesday 19th July 2022, ATE Executive Director Ms. Suzanne Ndomba-Doran accompanied by the Head of Membership & Marketing Ms. Patricia Chao attended the Signing Ceremony of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the Management of TPC Limited and Workers Trade Union, Tanzania Social Industrial Workers Union (TASIWU).
The Chief Guest in this occasion that was held at TPC Estate in Moshi was the Deputy Minister, Prime Minister’s Office (Labour, Youth, Employment & Persons with Disabilities) Hon. Patrobas Katambi (MP). He congratulated TPC Limited for this achievement and that it will promote good relationship between Employers and Employees.
TPC Management was led by their CEO Mr. Jacob Marius, Mr. Jaffary Ally the Director of Corporate Affairs and TASIWU was represented by Mr. Marco Mshana the Chairperson TASIWU national, Mr. Sabas Swai TPC branch Chairperson and others.
