ATE CEO Appointed a Commissioner of CMA

 The Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) would like to congratulate their Chief Executive Officer Ms. Suzanne Ndomba- Doran for being appointed by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania H.E Samia Suluhu Hassan as a Commissioner for the Commission of Mediation and Arbitration  (CMA).

According to the congratulations statement issued by ATE Chairperson, Ms. Jayne Nyimbo-Taylor informed that Ms. Ndomba- Doran & Ms. Raifai Mkumba, from EA Cables who was also appointed by the President, will be representing Employers in this Commission together with other representatives from the Government and Trade Union were sworn on 1st October 2022, at the State House Chamwino, Dodoma.

The composition of the CMA is provided under Section 16 of Labour Institution Act. [Part III of the Labour Institution Act, CAP 300 R.E 2019 provides for the Commission for Mediation & Arbitration (CMA)] (See a snippet of Labour Institutions Act on page 14).
