ATE Membership
Since its establishment in 1960, the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) remains a credible Association in Representing and protecting the interest of Employers in Tanzania not only on Employment and labour-related issues but also on other evolving business needs. Members and potential employers are offered quality and reliable services through our committed team of experts with more resilience and dedication. As a membership-based organisation, Employers subscribe with an entrance fee including the Annual Subscription which is renewable based on the current membership category.
In terms of coverage, ATE currently has three Zonal Offices namely: Northern Zone (ARUSHA) Lake Zone (MWANZA) and Central Zone (DODOMA).
The Association serves employers from Large, Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprises grouped into ten (10) sectors which are:
1. Agriculture, Forest & Fishing Sector
2. Commerce & Trade Sector
3. Industries & Manufacturing Sector
4. Transport & Communication Sector
5. Mining & Construction Sectors
6. Banking & Finance Sector
7. Oil & Gas Sector
8. Social Service Sector
9. Hospitality & Tourism Sector
10. Private Security Sector
