Our diverse lineup includes various training modules ranging from Legal and Industrial components to Leadership and Management. These training sessions will be held from February to November 2025. We encourage Members and Non-Members to review the attached calendar and choose the programmes that best meet their organisational needs.
Managers and Business Leaders are invited to participate in our updated trainings on Employment Contracting and Termination in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar and Managing Investigations, Handling Disciplinary Procedures, and Chairing Hearings at the Workplace to kick things off. This training will equip managers with the skills to conduct thorough investigations and manage disciplinary issues within legal limits. These three-day training sessions will be held on different dates in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma and Morogoro.
In the Workplace Employee Wellness and Occupational Health and Safety section, trainees will cover OSHA guidelines on Environmental Safety at the Workplace and learn how to apply these guidelines effectively in real-life settings.
Our Leadership and Management training programmes are the most extensive, featuring some new components. The Managing Compensation, Benefits, and Remuneration section is one of the new programmes that will equip participants to develop and manage a comprehensive compensation structure to attract and retain competitive employees.
