COURSE OVERVIEW

This five days course is aimed to facilitate and guide HR practitioners, Industrial
Relations Personnel’s, Lawyers Supervisors, Managers and HoDs on how to manage
workplace matters. The Course will provide an overall understanding of the
Employment and Labour matters in Tanzania from contracting to termination and
its procedures and also the understanding of the ILO Conventions.
The course further aims to provide an overview of the obligation of the employer on
health and safety given the times we are on and different approaches to managing
workplace issues during crisis
