Welcome to ATE's News flash for October 2017. In this month the Association has been able to implement several activities on your behalf aiming to promote harmonious business environment for increased productivity and competiveness. 
 
We have continued to stand on our key mandate by providing labour and Industrial relations support and equally important offering Training and Seminars on specific and crosscutting issues for the betterment of members and all employers in the country. As a valued member you will be receiving regular news updates and information sharing on relevant issues.  
 
The Association in this month represented employers to the International Youth Forum on TVET held in Abu Dhabi as a part of World Skills Competition. ATE also in collaboration with the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) cordially invite members, partners and all employers to the registration of Female Future cohort 3 aiming to attract more women into top Management Positions of companies. We also participated in the Second High Level Public Private dialogue on the state of doing Business in Tanzania held in Dar es Salaam. Moreover, ATE in collaboration with the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) jointly with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) conducted a two days workshop on Human Rights, Sustainability Reporting and Responsible Business Conduct for Employers, Private Sector Organisations (PSOs) and companies at Kibo Palace Hotel, Arusha.
