Lake Zone

ABOUT OUR ZONE

The Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) Lake Zone office was launched in 2015 to serve six regions including Mwanza, Geita, Simiyu, Shinyanga, Kagera and Mara. Since our inception, as a zonal office we set out to take over the Employment and labour industry in the zone. Purposefully designed by our founders to represent employers and advocate for their business interest, we have become a preferred firm known for our agility and high operational excellence standards.

We are held in highly honor throughout the lake zone. Our outstanding reputation has been built on successfully handling complex employment and labour matters that consistently require a high level of ingenuity and serving as an agile. Frequently relied upon by our members as a preferred organization advocating for their interest.

We offer unprecedented legal advisory, time and expertise on a variety of employment and labour matters by developing customized, worry-free, cost-effective and time saving legal services for our valued members, building thoughtful solutions based on our members unique needs.

All we do at lake zone is built upon the foundation of our values. Professionalism, Integrity, positive attitude and respect for others. In keeping with these values, we are committed to providing an extra-ordinary legal service not only to our members but to our community.

ZONAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The function of this committee in the association is to Preserve, Decide, Steer, Monitor and Support. On 14th June 2019, The Secretariat coordinated Lake Zone Supervisory Election Meeting whereby 20 Members participated. Below are members who were elected: –

Currently the office has a Total of 50 registered members where by only 35 Members are active (running business). Our members are from diverse nature of business. We have members from different sectors including; Mining and Construction, Social Services (health, education and utilities), Private Security, Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing. We tirelessly work to ensure the best possible outcome on their behalf, as a result we have been able to offer best services and maintain good business relationship, and it has always been our pleasure to work with our members.
