RE: FEEDBACK BREAKFAST MEETING FOR EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD (EYA) 2022
The Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) is pleased to inform you that, we have started preparation for Employer of the Year Award (EYA) 2022 having been cancelled for two years
due to COVID-19 pandemic. We therefore invite you to a feedback breakfast meeting which will be held on Thursday 10th March 2022 at the Seacliff Hotel from 9:00am – 11:00am.
Following a Review of EYA to reflect the current International best practices, ATE and the Consultants, will present the revised EYA criteria, categories and the entire process of awarding Best Employers. The previous 27 award criteria have been reviewed and now are 14 including two (2) new ones; Managing During Crisis (e.g., COVID-19) and Climate Change.
ATE is therefore looking forward to present these changes, share experiences on the process, why the winners win and receive your feedback in order to improve this year’s event.
Kindly note that the Feedback Session is for the Members who participated in the Previous Employer of the Year Award (EYA) that was held in December 2019.
Please confirm your participation by Friday 4th March 2022 as we have a limited number to accommodate.
