Female Future Tanzania intends to increase capacity for ladies at workplaces to be more competent leaders in Management Positions, Decision-making processes and on Corporate Boards.
Our main focus is to enable employers to have effective business environment and risk management at the helm. We develop ladies to become more potential leaders capable of overcoming fear and managing fright when negotiating in various issues for their organizations.
By having employees to this programme the company will be able to develop non-gender biased leadership at the apex which increases effectiveness and risk management through developing and implementing growth strategies. The company will also form part of results through addressing a number of sustainable development goals: quality education, gender equality, decent work and economic growth in Tanzania.
Female Future Tanzania operates in partnership with ESAMI and after completion of the programme the participants will be registered as accredited directors of boards and professional leadership mentors. We have 33 Female Future Cohort 1 ladies from 17 organizations of different sectors, this creates a challenging learning environment and develop exposed leaders for business development.
The companies include: AAR Insurance, Airtel Tanzania, Akiba Commercial Bank, Barclays Bank Tanzania, Heritage Insurance Company Limited, IRIS Executive Development Centre, Kilimanjaro Airports Development Company (KADCO), Medical Stores Department (MSD), National Housing Corporation (NHC), NMB Bank, Social Security Regulatory Authority (SSRA), Tanga Cement Company Limited, Tanzania Ports Authority, Tanzania Postal Bank, TBL Group Limited, TIB Corporate Bank and TPC Limited.
